When we decided to go on the wifi, our password wouldn't work, so we were forced to just use the data on our phones. While checking out, I expected to be asked how the stay was. That didn't end up happening. They took my room key card and walked away."

The staff were friendly and welcoming from check-in to check-out, which made everything feel easy and smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what was needed for a short stay. Breakfast was a simple buffet-style setup—nothing over the top, but fresh, quick, and convenient to start the day. Overall, a solid, reliable stay. "Disaster - parking lot decayed - garage cans overflowing - dirty - lobby underconstruction - one elevator broken for months apparently. One elevator for 120 rooms - worst Sheraton I have ever seen. No value at all and not anywhere near the cost of the room. Should NOT be marketed as a Sheraton. Do not stay here."

"The outside of the home had ripped up garbage all over the ground. The keypad for entry had a low nattery so it was both difficult and time consuming to get in. Manager was notified about this issue with no response. One of the beds was only a box spring and the slats under it were broken. The house was nice and clean. But had to go serching for towels. Location was good as it was right off the highway. "

"Krystyna was very easy to communicate with and checking in was very easy. The property was very clean and has lots of amenities. Also, it is very comfortable and cozy. It is in a great location in a very nice neighborhood. We most definitely stay here again."
