Very spacious room, well equipped with full kitchen, living room and bathroom amenities. Parking was difficult with construction going on downtown Guelph. Great spot to stay as long as you can check in after 3 pm when restaurant is open since that is where check in happens.

The room is like a small studio apartment with a fridge, stove, dishes etc. It is clean and nicely furnished. The area around the hotel is under construction, so navigating the streets and parking is really difficult. There is no elevator, and lots of stairs.

Amazing place. Has everything you need in the room whether it’s towels, coffee, utensils, cups, robes etc. Air conditioner works so well. Shampoo and body wash provided. Room is spacious and comfy. Check in was definitely a unique one haha you have to enter the bar to get your keys from bartender. Not sure why this hotel is rated as 1 star honestly.

Generally a good place to stay - this is our second visit. It's nice to be downtown so dining options are walkable. The street is a bit scruffy, but downtown Guelph is reasonably attractive as a whole, and soon will be much better once the streetscape improvements are complete. The suite is comfortable and clean. It's worth noting that it's a walkup; check-in is in the bar/restaurant downstairs; and nighttime street noise can be disruptive. A few things management should address: 1) repair the wall under the A/C unit; there's no excuse for not buying a couple cans of paint and shutting down the suite for a day of painting. 2) tighten the kitchen faucet; it was loose during our previous visit over a year ago. 3) we suggest using refillable bathroom items (shampoo, body wash, etc.) rather than individual units; probably cheaper per volume, and much less wasteful.

Check in/out was so easy, previous communication with the property was courteous and efficient. The hotel itself is such a wonderful experience and although we didn't end up using the kitchenette to cook it was such a nice option to have. Dinner at the restaurant was great, our server was friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. Overall the price for our stay and dinner was great too! Can’t wait to come back next time we visit the Guelph area!

The rooms are spacious and the room we had was quiet in the night and early morning. Parking is close by at a municipal lot, so OK. The attached restaurant was very acceptable and the food was good, pub style.

The Suite was very nice and unique. Its a modern update to a building over 100 years old. The suite was clean and had all the amenities we needed. However the outside of building was filthy and due to Construction all around the area it was hard to park. It also proved difficult to check in to the hotel suite as the server of the local restaurant/bartender was also the hotel concierge as well. I'm only guessing they may have been understaffed that day but we still got checked in and enjoyed our stay

Fair warning. No elevator. The stairs are long and steep. I have a disability so it was challenging. It saids this on their Website but Expedia does not mention it at all. Totally my bad for not checking the Website. So I had to buy a room on the first level which of course cost more money. The room was lovely. The apartment area was nice and cool but the bedroom was too hot for me. So, I slept on the sofa. Pulled the sheets off the bed, of course. (My daughter would love the warmth, though.) The staff were exceptional! Friendly and extremely helpful!

Clean, and comfortable. Was not expecting a full size fridge and stove, so it was a nice surprise. AC was great. Parking and construction was a bit of a hassle, but thats beyond their control. The bottles the amenities came in (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) did not dispense properly (difficult to get out of the bottle). Check in and check out was easy.
