"The property is ok, but I don't like that it's a bit too dark, not veeeery family friendly. Cleaningness is just above average. BTW, parking slot is not guaranteed so NOT recommended for travellers who are driving in Hokkaido. I spent a lot for IDD to contact the host when the parking was used up, but the response was not helpful at all. I believe this was not the first time happened to the guests, so I think it would be much helpful if the host can at least provide a list of available parking...

"Our group of 13 had a fabulous time at Cloud 9. Our host, Young, was so generous and very accommodating to all our requests. The house is large, warm and very comfortable (our bed was amazing!), each room has an en-suite, and the kitchen and laundry very well-equipped. Location for us was great - short walk from the lifts, convenience stores and a variety of restaurants, and plenty of space around the house for the kids to play in the snow. "Had a wonderful time at Serenity House in Niseko. The location is great and the hosts were amazing. Any questions/problems we had were immediately taken care of. The 8 passenger van that comes with the rental was very convenient and saved us renting a vehicle. "
