室内に電子レンジ、洗濯機もあり、ソファも仕事から食事などストレスなく使用できます。ワンルームの一人暮らしの拠点を持って来た感じで過ごせます。ルームウエアも非常に着心地が良く快適そのものです。
食堂、大浴場やロビーもくつろげるように出来てます。
