"Older property but well maintained. Room is very spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable. Walking distance to the airport. Very convenient especially if you are catching an early flight. Returning and refund of Icoca card is also made convenient as the station is just next to the hotel. Feel relaxing and hassle-free. "

"Staff weren’t good English speakers but still kind and helpful. The fancy pool in the pictures on rooftop with lazy river was not available to us - language barrier on reason why but I think it’s because we didn’t stay in the expensive suite building that it was connected to. The pool we did get access to we had to pay for and my girls could only swim in one lane. The pool was the only disappointment. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the onsite family mart too! Rooms were larger than expected with comfy beds. Lobby was beautiful. Hotel shuttle and access to train stations were perfect. We would stay again. "
