"This property is not what I was expecting. Once you get your ride from the port / airport, you get dropped off at the post office and walk from there. You walk through the caldera going up and down narrow lane ways and steep stairs. The experience is definitely authentic! It was the most unique place I’ve ever stayed at. Views are incredible. Staff is great and very helpful. Very expensive (as expected for the area) but the drinks and food are actually cheaper if you stay at the hotel...

We were well informed about the service of carrying luggage to the house as it is located far from where cars would drop off, the steps we had to take to get to the house. It was beautiful❣️ The breakfast delivered to your room is outstanding! The location is a doable walk to Fira where most of the shops and restaurants are, although there are some nearby. The Caldera view is breathtaking!"
