"Incredibly beautiful hotel with friendly stuff and cool animation team and nice food and drinks:) I am still under impression. I traveled from USA to meet my mom there, we had a great time. I cried and didn't want to return. And there are no kids as well, only adults, so atmosphere is very romantic. "The service and the rooms are good. However the quality of the food and variety was poor. Need to be careful as I got a stomach bug which is common in Egypt but it usually comes from local water and the drinks they use with ice are using tap water and fruit and veg is washed with tap water. "
