"Lovely resort with mostly very friendly and helpful staff. Weird experience whereby the reception person seemed very confused by our request to arrange an airport transfer in the morning, sending us to several different people before we found one who managed to organise it. Otherwise extremely helpful staff, interiors are a bit dated, and the food at the dinner buffet was not nearly as good as I've had at other Movenpick locations. Would stay here again, however. "

"This hotel is excellent! Very clean, nice facilities and friendly staff. The food options are very good and food is very flavorful. The beach is man made so it is very calm but it gets deep very soon. The sand is thick/rough, I don’t know if that’s the normal sand for the area or if it’s only the one they used for the beach. The pools are also very nice. This hotel is totally recommended!"

"Overall it was a great experience. Great value for money no doubt. The chalet unit was clean and quiet. Beach was awesome with available services. Kids loved the large pool. All inclusive dining was definitely a peace of mind. Restaurant was focusing mainly on quantity over quality which is understandable given the cost cutting measures. "This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. "The best resort I have ever stayed in! During checkin we mentioned that we were having a terrible day because our flight got delayed and basically missed out on a whole day at the resort and the receptionist upgraded us to the royal suite which was AMAZING! Beautiful room we did not want to leave. The whole property is just so beautiful and felt so serene."
