"Door key never worked, had to have staff let me in every time I wanted in my room, then the room next to me kept smoking in a non smoking floor, had to be moved to another room without the ocean view I paid for.. staff at hotel was very nice and I know not their fault for door issue or people smoking. Location is excellent as it is connected to mall and heaps of free undercover parking. Breakfast has great varieties and large dinning room with lots of morning light. One of the best hotels we have stayed in so far on our trip to UAE."
