"we arrived there at noon and there was no room available till 2:00 pm. But it was OK because we could have lunch while waiting for our room. the room was clean, nothing extra, no Kleenex box, no soap and mini bar was empty (just complementary water). You don't have access to Wi-Fi in rooms (just in lobby). no shuttle to the airport or to city center. The food was great. very polite staff."

"The location is good, 40min walk/15min bus to the city center. There's quite a lot of noise/music from neighbouring hotels and nightclubs. The rooms are in quite good condition. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is fairly clean (some visible permanent stains). The water temperature was very hard to set in my room. The reception staff is slow. I had to wait quite often until a competent person was available. The food was disappointing and of the cheapest quality. A plus is the pool area,...

Ama en kötüsü vasat olan yemekhanenin çalışanları... "No tämä oli täysi huijaus ,hotellin piti olla keskustassa mutta yli 5km keskustasta piti olla ilmainen wifi no ei ollut all inclusivestä ei tietoakaan jotain ruokaa tuli kuitenkin juomat kaikki loppu jopa vesikin välillä kaikki esittelyt mitä luimme ei pitänyt paikkaansa. Viimeiset päivät olimme ainoat asukkaat alussa oli ehkä noin 10 henkeä. Valitukseemme vastattiin että oli expedian vika nämä virheelliset kartat että muut ,ottakaa sinne yhteyttä. "Very disappointed. We drive all tge way from Istanbul and we didn’t find our reservation even though I have the confirmation from hotel.com. Also it is hard to communicate with the hotel staff because they barely speak English."
