"The hotel was under construction. The TV worked for 2 hours. The shower was broken. The hotel was not clean. I smelled cigarette and marijuana on my floor. There was no additional lock on the door. I did not feel safe there. I will be asking for a refund."

"I booked a KING room, with a high view. Got there and they didn’t have my room. They stated they gave it away. They gave me a room for two queen beds. If you don’t have the room available then notify the customer instead of waiting until they get there to tell them there room is not available. "

The info we received stated that housekeeping was not done on the weekends, which was fine. But I was expecting at least 1-2 times that our room would be refreshed during the week and it was not. We stayed Sat through Wed. Other than that, location was good. We would consider staying again."
