"Everything was perfect. Customer service was everything. The classic room itself is slightly small, but a lovely big bathroom, and we were hoping for a view but understandably that would be the deluxe room. We used the spa amenities and it was pretty good for the price - recommended after a day or two of walking up and down the steep hills. Overall we will stay again. It was a beautiful hotel with lovely people working there, filled with so much history."

"My husband and I had an amazing time on our stay. The property is so stunning and dreamy with breathtaking views of Val D'Orcia. We were pleased with the ample parking and an EV charging station on site. Staff also offered to assist with luggage, dinners and the complimentary breakfast were delicious, and the office was so accommodating with our wedding shoot prep and early check-in. "Parking was plentiful but a long steep walk from the hotel. This makes the luggage drop and pick up a monumental task. The rooms are large and well appointed/decorated."
