"Small family-owned inn located in center of Civitella in Val di Chiana. Room was comfortable and included all we needed. It was cold upon check-in which the co-owner tried to remedy with a space heater. It took a while. The room warmed up after the first night. "Hi it has the most amazing view of Siena. It’s located up the hill so great views from rooms. It used to be part of a church/ monastery. 5 minutes walk from the main spots in Siena. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice buffet breakfast. High ceilings in rooms. Lovely patio to sit and have breakfast. Rooms need a bit of renovation. The AC in our room was very weak and we were roasting. But my kids room had decent AC. That was the only bad issue. Otherwise a special place."

"Hotel was located just outside of the gates to sienna. Half of our group walked to the center of town and half of our group took a taxi. The hotel called the taxi for us.
