"The stay was a combination of thr wonderful, the annoying and disgruntled, and the staff who did their best and were great in at least trying to mediate it, which oersonally i was content with. The room itself was lovely, excellent bathroom and a comfortable bed, housekeeping were great. The restaurant and bar we used frequently, the bar was excellent, restaurant we had good experiences and one bad one just with food timings, with us having to wait 45 minutes for sandwiches and pasta without being informed of thr wait before ordering, in fairness to the hotel, they did cancel our order when requested as we asked for it to be removed right when it was coming out, by then it was past 9.15 and no one was jn any mood to eat. As for the food we did eat on our prior visits to the restaurant, it was delicious, the breakfast was decent as well Despite that negative experience, we would highly recommend the place, it is safe, comfortable and great value for money, and credit to the management who did try to make up for the previous day by providing a couple of free beers as an apology. If in Jozi, i would stay here again"

"The airport shuttle was great and the room was big and clean. We had minor issues with the tv not having any sound but like I said minor issue. The pool was busy when we were there and the pool towels were all used. The attendant who had to bring us new ones only brought us one and did not seem happy to do that."

"Excellent service. Shuttle every 15min to and from airport. Hassle free so a great way to start after 18hour flight. Let us into our room early which we appreciated so much. Thank you. The Iris pub attached the food was so good. Breakfast was a great selection. . Happy to recommend this Hotel."

One Rosebank Executive Apartment Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Very clean rooms but beware if you book from hotels.com. Room description was not accurate. I was first checked into a wrong room but the receptionist (Sheperd) was kind enough to get me the right room the same day. Very friendly staff. I would definitely book again."

"Great location, nice spacious room, great staff tha bends over backwards to make sure your stay is as perfect as it can be. Our third time in Joburg on the way to a safari, and we’ve always sprayed here, suspect we always will."
