"This is a lovely place and the surroundings are beautiful. On a little island in the middle of nowhere, loads of wildlife to enjoy, so peaceful and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The owners are really nice people and very helpful. Highly recommended for a stress free getaway. The only improvements would be the addition of a cooker/hob and a washing machine. There is a microwave and airfryer but we found this limiting as not used to this type of cooking."

"We had a fabulous week staying in Pam's Plaice. It's a charming house, very clean, & really nicely decorated and appointed. We were given lots of info prior to the holiday & warmly welcomed. The mature garden is beautiful and the conservatory is a fab additional space in which to spend time. "We really enjoyed our stay - it was perfect for our family of 4 and our plans. The reason for 4, rather than 5, stars was due to a couple of things. At night, there was no blind for the front door so no way for privacy - neighbours could look straight in. We cooked each night but there were no oven gloves (we would have been happy to bring some if we only knew). "Pet hairs, live and dead flies everywhere. Surfaces had clearly not been dusted in weeks. Microwave and cutlery but no sink to use except the bathroom. Toilet brush had remnants from previous guests. Hot water was intermittent. I went a day unable to shower. The bed was comfy and location peaceful but totally devoid of wildlife"
