I did get a robe by going to reception myself, thanks to the helpful staff members at reception. For tea/coffee, I suppose you can buy at the bar. We have been travelling in other Portuguese towns that week, staying at similar hotels and this lack of above amenities compared to the other places was a bit of a shock. "
