"We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon. We arrived early and Diogo was very accommodating and kept us updated on the status of the room so we could check-in before our football match. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plus a very good temperature. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend."

"A beautiful, unique and character-filled hotel. The bed and bedding were so comfortable, the room (while small) is wonderful and breezy, quiet and exactly right. Staff were unassuming and helpful, and very friendly. The courtyard is a wonderful spot for a morning coffee, cool plunge in the pool, and relaxation with a good book; in the evening, we loved the sparkling wine made available to guests. It was romantic and softly-lit with lanterns, candles, and the firepit. It is everything a boutique hotel should be. If we could come back tomorrow, we would. PS - Loved the peacocks. They just added to the charm. :o)"

"Rooms are very clean superbly decorated with 2 chairs to sit and relax inside and a fantastic view from the seated outside area. Breakfast was great with a lot of choice from cooked to cereal, pastries. Lovely staff. Eating places near by although on a hill next to the castle everything is in walking distance, even the Tram 28 goes by a little way from the hotel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend."

"Great hotel perfect location, the staff were all very friendly and attentive, the food that we tried was excellent and resonably priced. My one recommendation would be to ask for a hotel room overlooking the water or book a terrace room we hed a Room overlooking the patio which is actually the front of the hotel and was a little noisy "
