"This hotel is very good! The view from the hotel is stunning, and its location is convenient—just a short distance from many popular tourist attractions. The staff are friendly and helpful, and overall cleanliness is acceptable. One minor drawback is that the bathroom fixtures and fittings are a bit outdated and not as comfortable as they could be. "La habitación era preciosa, con unas vistas magníficas. Un lugar con paz y buena energía. Todo bastante bien equipado, aunque el baño fuera de la habitación y abierto a las demás personas que pasan era un poco incómodo y poco privado. Por otro lado, la sauna fue una maravilla. Otra cosa a tener en cuenta es que en el anuncio pone que hay bañera de hidromasaje y no es así. También se ofrece servicio de masaje pero la persona que hace los masajes no trabajaba esos días. "Very nice property as 4 stars hotel. It is more than we expected. Front desk is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is good too. There are lots of restaurants and cafes in this area. Very close to the train station. Taxi is much cheaper than Uber. The only shortcoming is there several stairway in the front of hotel and several stairway go up to elevator. Though there is a slope in the back door, but newcomers is impossible to know without any hotel doorman. "

If you like to open your windows for circulation make sure you book a room with a view as other rooms look into the inner court yard where the reception is. Internet worked well, breakfast was very good. "

"So much Good I can say , so to start the staff was amazing very helpful, especially Alexandra she made us feel welcome made sure she met our needs and honestly went beyond so for that I am grateful. Also the rest of staff made us feel special . The room was very clean the whole entire establishment was very clean . Shops nearby lots of restaurants lots , this place is situated in the perfect location. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who’s traveling to Grandad and looking to feel like home to come down to this establishment. I give this place beyond 5 stars . "

"Hotel worn, dated and cheap looking. To have to go to reception and request a sink or bath plug says it all. Cheap and nasty. Would not beat or drink there. Goodness knows what we’d get served!
