"Excellent Stay & Great Service We had an excellent stay! The staff were wonderful, very helpful, and kindly provided a late check-out due to our late flight. The hotel is only a 5–7 minute walk from Masjid an-Nabawi, Gate 28, with plenty of restaurants right at the doorstep. The breakfast little expensive. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the nearby shops offered excellent-quality dates at great prices. Everything was excellent, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is very good for it's price but it comes with a distance of a 15 minute walk to Masjid Al nabawi. The area is quieter than hotels closer to the mosque and there are plenty of cheap food places and shops nearby. The room was decent, there were some marks on the tiles in the bathroom so it wasn't spotless but it's what you would expect with the price. The AC is loud but it keeps the room cool. The breakfast was ok, I have a desi orientated palate so for me the choices were limited but it's expected given the location (culturally) and price. The staff are helpful when you approach them so don't expect them to come to you."
