"Sorry to say, the service at this property was really abysmal. Staff were not friendly at all (with the exception of one young lady). When we asked them for recommendations for best chicken rice in the area, they responded 'all the same, they're all good.' and when we asked them for directions to a certain area, they very were very snappy and said 'just take a taxi.' Mind you, there was no one else at the counter and no long lines. The cleaning staff were great though. One cleaner heard us asking and gave us a good recommendation for chicken rice, but our encounter with the counter service really did sour our experience overall. "

"我去辦理入住的時候沒有帶護照。其實我知道大概會需要，但因為我是跟我的伴一起，他有帶護照。 到櫃檯時，前台人員跟我要護照，我說我沒有，但我朋友可以辦理入住。她拿了他的護照之後，就完全不理我了。 更重要的是，我們傍晚入住後，我去陽台時看到一隻很大的死蟑螂。當時我已經很累了，就想說隔天打掃時應該會處理。 結果隔天早上我們出門，回來之後房間已經打掃過了，但那隻蟑螂還在。 整體來說，客服真的很差。不管是拿咖啡還是去健身房的時候，我都是講英文，但我想應該有很多客人也是只會說英文，可是整體的服務體驗真的不好。 "
