We got to Chiayi much later than expected and had to take a cab up to the bus station and a B&B staff picked us up from the bus station. Even with a car, this B&B is bit hard to get to because it's higher up in the mountain. However, the scenery was fanstastic since the buildings are right next to tea plantations. Beautiful property, free tea tasting, and very wonderful host. Host was a pleasure to talk to and was always available for any assistance we needed. Had great recommendations for food and hikes nearby. He also took the time to show us his family’s tea farm only 2 minutes away. The views were incredible. Alishan Recreational Forest was only 30-40 minutes away. There is machine laundry, but clothes need to be air dried. However, there are enough lines and fans to allow the clothes to dry...

Dany and Dora are outstanding hosts! My wife and I stayed only one night with the goal to see the sunrise at Alishan National Park. We took the high speed rail from Taipei to Chiayi and the bus from Chiayi to Alishan. Dany provided excellent details in clear English on how to navigate the bus system. It’s a very well maintained, very clean & comfortable hotel. Great service, excellent brey& dinner. The roof top is a good place to watch sunset. The only negative is not convenient if you don’t have a far. It’s quite far from all the attractions In Alishan.

huge, old-school, noisy, package-tour oriented hotel. felt like a throw back to a bye-gone age. Average food served in shifts. (However, nice Balinese restaurant trainees made us feel welcome).

Don’t get fooled by the photos on Expedia. Rooms are spacious( I booked three 2-queen size rooms) and clean. Has complimentary breakfast buffet with Taiwanese and Western options.

Front desk staff was very helpful with anything we needed. Self service Laundry was also nice to have

Location is ideal being one with nature. We rented a car so locating the property wasn’t hard. Average hotel. Our room can fit 5 futons. Bathroom size is spacious though the amenities, overall is average. We enjoyed our one night stay. Breakfast is sufficient.

Cute and quaint bed & breakfast. Friendly service, dinner was really good for the price. Flavor and quality of breakfast was just ok, but enough variety for breakfast buffet . Unfortunately we got back too late to join the lantern making and nature walk. But we got to use the food soak and also the fish pond. It’s really cute and fun.

The location was excellent and the largest plus was a well run self-service laundry facilities. The machines were new and functioning. The hotel guests were also very considerate and remove their cloth promptly. I chose this hotel because I thought it had an onsite restaurant but unfortunately it was closed by business. The hotel is within walking distance but it’s a little inconvenient when we checked in late and were tired. We would stay here again

Staff Lin (林) was very wonderful and helpful. Mr Lin provided us all assistance beyond we expected. He was warm and friendly. He guided us for car parking with a nice ride😃, my first motorcycle ride👍 He helped us unloading our luggages and introduced the areas with delicious local food. He made our trip in a great memory.
