"Breakfast was basic but good. Location excellent. bed good 2 single beds joined which made it big. only downside was that we had 2 single quilts for covering at night and think were a bit small. another anecdote is that people from Czech Republic are not bubbly people in general ."

"I absolutely loved this hotel, the rooms were great, beds were comfortable and room amenities were awesome too! It is located in a great area in the city, close to everything with tons of shops and food options around. Easy to access via public transport as well. Prime option for sure! I am not giving it a perfect score because the staff was rude and not friendly at all! They refused to let me park my car even though the hotel advertises parking, because I had not made a prior reservation for parking. I booked through a third party vendor so there was no way I could have known that a separate reservation was needed for parking. After arguing for a bit, they finally let me enter the garage and park my car but the front staff person was rude and VERY nasty. I won't say anything negative about the hotel itself, but the staff could stand some improvement and better customer service skills. "

"Amazing hotel in great location. We found the location perfect for us, the staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly, the breakfast was great didn't try the restaurant as were "up town" each day and night as only a 20 minute walk, though if you don't want to walk the number 7 tram stop is literally outside the door. If we go back to Prague we will stay here again."

"The hotel is beautiful and new. The rooms are spacious and the walk out garden room is ideal. They allow dogs and the front desk was very nice and friendly. Highly recommend."

"Really good location just away from the city center but not far, very well connected by public transport, good restaurants around, very short tram ride away to main attractions. Breakfast options are very good, happy hour runs during specific time in the evening if you happen to stay innthe hotel, really excellent choice "

"Hotel was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Beds were very comfortable. The Expedia website offered this room to 3 people, but there were only 2 twin beds. Our 9 year old had to sleep between us, so it was a bit cramped for 3 people to sleep in what amounted to a double bed. Breakfast was overpriced for what was offered. The front desk staff could learn to smile and be a bit more friendly, with the exception of one person. I was told his name is Moe and he is fantastic! Very friendly, helpful, customer-service oriented, and gave us tips on free parking in the area. It was a small room, but it served our needs for the 4 days that we were there and the price was reasonable."
