"This unit was amazing. It was spotlessly clean and the starter pack of food and treat of wine was a lovely touch. The location was perfect being 10 to 15 minutes walk to Mullaloo Beach and coffee shops. It was a 5 minute drive to the small arcade of shops. Jodie the host has thought of everything you could possibly need for a stay at this property and was helpful if you needed her. I was sorry to leave and will definitely book this place next time I am in Perth. I highly recommend the property."

"Our stay at Balcatta Sanctuary was great, the hosts are very friendly and accomodating. The house was everything we needed and presented very clean. Loved the outside sanctuary! The location was quiet & private, very handy having the park/playground at the end of the street for the kids. Would highly recommend this place!"

"DO NOT STAY HERE! Perhaps once upon a time, when the owners werent tired, grumpy and rude, this place may have been a great place for young families to stay and enjoy everything it said on the brochure. Now only local workmen 'live' there. We arrived to a run down, very dated scene and what first hit me when walking in, was the smell. Dust and old. Neat and tidy but very dusty. Back garden was cluttered with all sorts of stuff. Couldn't use the bbq due to plant cuttings and rubbish all over it....
