"This is a scam. Pubic hair on toilet. Pictures advertised are like AI stock photos. Air conditioning/heating unit didn't work. Called desk no one ever helped. Dont even bother. Can't even reach a manager."

"Extremely clean room and newly renovated! The fitness center was great with free weights and several cardio options. The breakfast buffet was delicious."

"Very clean, modern, pleasant stay!"

"My only issue was the communication via chat before my stay was pretty bad. I will add that a guy named Victor I think it was, was extremely helpful in accommodating our early check in request as we had a concert to go to and they were completely booked. I would stay again and I think the place is nice just would’ve appreciated better communication that’s all. It’s a nice hotel."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Our room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel looks beautiful with its new renovations. The breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection. One thing to keep in mind is the surrounding neighborhood, especially late at night. If you are planning to walk around, please be careful, stay alert, and pay attention to your surroundings. Overall, we had a lovely stay and a wonderful experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel!"
