"Everything was super clean. Staff is excellent. The property was really nice for the area that it was in and I was pleased except for the fact that my mom is 81 was not able to warm the room any warmer than 72° which unfortunately she is used to a warmer room so I had to put a blow dryer on to warm the room. That’s my only negative."

But the hotel stay was great. Clean, quiet, close to the train and the subway, near tons of restaurants and shops. Would stay there again."

"At first glance the hotel looked cleaned and maintained once the check-in process was completed the strong smell of cigarette and marijuana clouded the hallways. The smell of smoke was insufferable in the room. We had to request new bedding as the comforter had cigarette burns and the sheet was torn. The staff bought us another that had the same issues. The pillow cases looked dirty and dingy and the pillows flat. We were awoken at 6 am by someone having a conversation right outside our room door and was screaming at the top of his lungs this went on for hours and no staff came to intervene. When we were leaving for check out the man was charging his phone right outside our room door; not sure why since our room had multiple places to charge your phone. 0/10 experience."

"The pictures looked way different than what I was expecting. It was fine for one night stay but I would not have been happy with over that. I don't find that the pictures accurately showed what we were getting."
