"This is a beautiful, well-appointed property. The owners were helpful and responsive, and we were treated like old friends. They had great recommendations for activities and dining options. "I loved everything about the Jarvis Inn. I stayed in the cottage and it was just perfect, the bed was so comfortable. Ian the Inn Keeper was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and he had great recommendations for dinner and night life in town which I took him up on. I especially loved breakfast Ian made the best Eggs Benedict I’ve ever had. It was my first time in New Bern definitely not my last and I look forward to staying her again. "

"My stay at the Holiday Inn express was very enjoyable. Something that I do believe could be a nice upgrade would be a better grade of toilet tissue. I was a little surprised because a one ply tissue that is very scratchy is not so comfortable. I did find that the toilet flushing system was a bit strange, I had to flush the toilet three times per visit to the bathroom just to get the toilet tissue to go down. Otherwise, my stay was very nice. This is my third or fourth time staying there when I go to visit my mother who lives in Mill Creek. Thank you again, respectfully, Londa Panzer"
