"Location is excellent to explore downtown New Bern. The condo allows you to to access all of the Historic area on foot and the off street parking is an added bonus. Be prepared for some outside noise from deliveries in the early morning from the nearby restaurants, not a complaint, just an observation."

"The communication between us and owner was good. The area was nice, from the condo we were at it was just a short distance to the dock and benches to watch the sunset. Unfortunately we were relocated at the last minute and did not have the condo that faced the water. Also the one we were given was also in need of a little repair. Acouple of light bulbs were out, the clock on the wall needed a new battery, the bathroom sick did not drain well and had only hot water. The kitchen sufficiently...
