"The room I had (Barcelona) was large and clean but not necessarily functional. Some unpleasant noise can be heard inside the room (from the streets and from housekeeping). Gym equipment is very limited. I have a hard time understanding some reviews here which describe the staff as friendly. They were not necessarily unfriendly, but rather came across as dull, confused in answering simple questions, mechanical and sometimes even confrontational. Restaurant is great tho. Overall, I suspect that are better options around the area for the same price. "

"Staff and rooms were brilliant as usual. Would have liked more time coverage and food options by the pool. Internet for a business traveller is not fit for purpose, both in-room and general hotel. Poor quality and lacked consistency to get anything meaningful done. Internet quality will impact future bookings."

"My only complaint would be that the towels look a bit dingy, there are clean but an off white color. Im very particular about towels I use, usually traveling with my own from home for this reason. They could be replaced."
