"We got what we were looking for! The drive way is pretty rocky, but our mini van made it. We loved the privacy. Our kids loved the lofts! Both lofts could use a box fan to keep cool in the hot summer months. All the supplies we needed were there, we just supplied the food and drinks!"

"We were in Ft. Smith for the USSSA Baseball Tournament June 27-29, 2025 so I needed something close to the Kelley Park Ballfields. I looked at some hotels but then decided to check VRBO and found this really cute house that was only 8 minutes from the fields and more affordable, too. I loved that it had 3 bedrooms so both boys (ages 8 and 10) could have their own rooms. The middle room has a trundle bed under the twin bed, the room to the right has a full (or maybe queen) bed, and the master...

"We really enjoyed our stay. Great decor, the kids (10, 14) loved the lift and the pull up rings hanging. Everything was super clean. We stopped by the hot tub and it smelled wonderful but we didn't have an opportunity to get in. "
