"Great location, quiet neighborhood, very comfortable. So many amenities and much thought put into guests’ needs. "

"Limited parking. You’ll most likely have to use the parking garage across the street which isn’t a huge inconvenience since they have a drop off area for you to unload. We booked the executive room and the room was extremely humid. We thought it would eventually clear out but it was for the full stay. You could see mold along the wall/ceiling in the shower. During our check in another occupant asked if it was normal for her room not to go below 74 degrees. There was only 1 working elevator due to children playing with the buttons so they had an employee stay in the elevator to avoid it from happening again. The employee was super kind but there was no circulation in the elevator and those lights are just beaming down so I felt kind of bad for the guy. The rooms didn’t have microwaves or mini fridges either so you’ll have to go to the lobby if you need a microwave. The staff was kind but the property really needs to be upgraded and renovated. Unfortunately, we won’t book another stay."

"The lady at check in wasn't super nice, apparently it was noted on my account that items were missing in June. I was unaware, the cleaner never restocked them once they were grabbed. So she almost didn't let me check in as I don't have a credit card. The sink didn't have hot water at all. At check out my room had to be double checked, then I was told I should clean it up during my stay. There was a small spill on the blanket, could easily be cleaned but I didn't have hot water. We used the trash cans, anything extra we took out. I will never stay here again. "
