It's in a new area, so there were houses still under construction, driveways not yet paved (which meant dusty cars) etc. There was one space to park a car in the drive and we parked our second car on the street. Inside, everything looked pretty new with only a little bit of wear and tear on some of the cupboards in the kitchen.
