We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, bed was comfy. Parking was easy, it was right out back and you could walk to everything. There are lots of shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grand Hotel. The room had all the modern conveniences, yet fit in well with the overall historic decor. A very lovely spot. Great also to have free parking. Heat and air conditioning worked well in the room. Lots of hot water. Would definitely return.

We loved our stay at the Grand Hotel. Beautiful cozy, quiet room with a Victorian feel. It was the perfect place to celebrate our anniversary. Everything is walking distance; shops, patios, restaurants on the water. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely period room in a hotel with historic roots. Situated on main street but still quiet. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and sites. Filming of a Christmas movie was going on in the hotel so pub, restaurant were not available. Staff were amazing in the pandemonium of film crew that was immediately followed by a weekend wedding party. Parking out back was convenient.

This is a very old hotel. The floors in our suite were not clean. There was debris everywhere on the floor. The tv was not plugged in and the remote had no batteries in it. There was a red solo cup on the mantel in the bedroom and the bathroom was extremely dark. The shower circumstance was interesting to say the least. Not a great stay, especially for the $600+ it cost us. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and we had a good sleep.

Hotel was right at the beginning of the downtown, so restaurants, bakeries, etc. were within a few blocks. Hotel itself was nicely decorated and felt like you were stepping back in time. Everyone we spoke with was very friendly. Parking was on site and no problem. The heat pump in our room kept the temperature perfect.

Very happy with our stay. Really nice property, very friendly and helpful staff. Loved the furnishings in the common areas and in the room. Looks to be geared toward hosting weddings, and would be an ideal hotel for that, but we were just visiting from out of town for a couple of nights. Would recommend and stay again.

Mattress was due to be changed, Could feel where other clients where sleeping before you. I had trouble turning in the bed because of that. It was a bit uncomfortable. Surfaces where a bit dusty and sticky, Other than that, the staff was amazing.
