"A really lovely old fashioned hotel which was exactly what we wanted a few days of sanity and relaxation. Breakfast basic but adequate didn’t eat in the restaurant but looked fine. Air con in room worked well and a nice furnished balcony overlooking the sea, prime position. Could do with a bit of painting and up dating ( felt like you were on an old black and white film set and think the lift dated from that time. Staff were professional and worked hard although I felt they maybe lacked a little friendliness but that may be how they feel they should be.Its a shame because I felt they weren’t enjoying their jobs? But maybe a cultural difference. On the whole I would recommend this hotel but felt it was very expensive for middle of September."

"Somos un grupo de 4 familias, 16 adultos. La entrada a la vas por parte de Antonio ha sido insuperable. Nos dejo como bienvenida “una compra” completa de artículos de limpieza, baño, desayuno y en la nevera unos refrescos, cervezas, sándwich, café, desayuno… increíble La casa es espectacular, la piscina con sus vistas evocan paz y armonía hemos estado horas en “remojo”, la climatización de la casa es un 10, Sala de cine profesional, butacas reclinables, pantalla gigante, techo alto… 4 lavavajillas, 2 neveras enormes, 1 congelador,,, y una cocina en la planta primera de ensueño con una isla donde reunirnos todos mientras preparamos la comida. A la playa es aconsejable ir en coche y aparcar en los parking, 4 la tarde, es de piedrecitas por lo que aconsejable escarpines, el agua cristalina. Hemos coincidido con las fiestas durante toda la semana, genial!!! Volveremos seguro."

"Communication with owner was excellent, responded well when contacted, gave me details of a taxi from Malaga airport for 13 of us, which was perfect and a reasonable price.The welcome pack was amazing and very much appreciated. The 3rd floor of the villa with the lovely covered room with wonderful views and the pool, we spent most of our time there. The villa was big enough for everyone to have their own space if needed. It was quite a climb back to the villa from town, we used a lot of taxis! We all really enjoyed our holiday at Villa Serymar. Thank you Mercedes."

Were always helpful and cheerful,the food selection at breakfast excellent plenty of choice .the hotel is about 10 mins walk to beach .great place for families with excellent facilities for children and pensioners like me and my missus in our 80 s have used this hotel over the years and hope to keep coming back in the future"
