"This is the best room i have stayed in within this kind of setting. I booked a single budget room. It was brilliant. Very large room with a small double bed in it , much better than a single bed. Lovely bedding. Lovely spacious bathroom with fabulous products.no need to bring your own. Great brands of tea, coffee and biscuits. At breakfast i ask ed for mine to be cooked well done however it came back with pale bacon and sausage. All i ate was the egg. However their was lovely berries, greek...

"I find stairs very difficult and we were on the third floor. NOT much fun. as most of the other visitors were as old is not older than me I guess i was not the only one. They were unable to offer a change of room as they said they were full. However we never saw another soul on the corridor we were in and linen outside the door of two rooms remained there for the whole of our stay, we don't think we had any neighbours! "The pictures on the site do not represent the reality of this hotel. It’s currently very run down and in need of lots of work. We stayed for 3 nights, we only had 3 towels and although we asked for more twice, were not given any and they weren’t changed during our stay. The bathroom looked new but unfinished. There was nowhere to put shampoo etc. in the shower, the floor was slippy (I bought a rubber mat for them) the toilet flush was dodgy and neither the fan or light above the mirror worked....

"Achtet bei der Buchung genau auf die Wahl des Zimmers. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer kein Fenster. Dazu war das Zimmer direkt neben dem gemeinschaftsraum mit offenem Kamin (Tack Room). Das zweite Bett war leider auch sehr durchgelegen und ich habe die Federn gespührt. Der Check in ist nur von 16 bis 18 Uhr. Das Frühstück, das Anwesen an sich und die Betreiber sind Tip top. Trotz der Lage ist es sehr ruhig."
