"Staff extremely friendly and the lobby is beautiful. I visited floors, 4,9,11 & 12, for done reason there is a funky, musty smell in the halls and room. I used my perfume and some Lysol spray and turned on the fan to freshen up the room. The rooftop lounge was nice but the hotel should definitely have a separate entrance/elevator for the lounge guests, at certain times, we had to wait a while to get on an elevator to our rooms because of the rooftop guests. Valet situation wasn’t the best, there were always a line of people waiting for their cars. Last thing is that the hotel doesn’t really accommodate celebrations. I was there for my bday and there wasn’t a happy birthday card or banner on the door or, a dessert in the room, or anything like that, which most hotels do. They did give a ticket for a complimentary drink at the lobby bar. "

"The property is nice, well maintained and located in a nice area. The staff was welcoming. Our room was clean. The piol was nice. They only offer 1 micorwave in the entire hotel which is inconvienant if you have children and parking is $65 a night which is very expensive being thay im already paying to stay. "

"I am writing to formally document a series of escalating incidents during my stay on 3/16/25-3/22/25 that culminated in a staff member threatening to file a false police report against me. Incident Summary: • Time and Location: The interaction took place in the lobby area—which I noted is covered by security cameras—shortly before 4:20 PM. 1. Service Failure: I requested room service twice and never received it. After being here 5 days. Staff Misconduct: When I requested towels, a staff member Sam the Executive of housekeeping. yelled at me and refused to give. Defiant Misconduct: When I informed the staff member that I would be filing a formal report regarding this treatment, she stated, "I don't care if you file a report." Threat of False Reporting: The staff member subsequently claimed that my presence while waiting for the towels made her feel "threatened." She advise another staff member to call the police. At no point was I aggressive or unprofessional; I was simply waiting for the basic amenities I had requested multiple times. I am currently in contact with the Cobb County Police to document this threat of a false report. I expect a full investigation into this staff member's conduct and a written response regarding how the hotel plans to rectify this situation. "

"I will never book through Expedia again . You guys never sent my itinerary over to them even after calling 3 separate times and being put on hold for 30 minutes each time . So i had to make a whole new reservation . Completely unacceptable . You guys are terrible"
