"Prior to arriving, communication was smooth. At check in, we were given a code to a lockbox with two hard-copy keys. We would have preferred to just have a coded entry instead of needing to remember keys every time, but it worked. The neighborhood was great, walkable to several good restaurants, and safe! We did a concern the morning after we arrived with the microwave not having any power. We reached out to the owner with no response the entire week. I also reached out asking for check-out...

"The Red Magnolia was everything depicted in the advertisement of the property. Newly renovated, excellent accommodations, game room, clean, well appointed and all of the amenities you could ask for! The kitchen had all new state of the art appliances. Complimentary bottle of wine and beer were provided as well. The hosts were most responsive to all inquiries and provided excellent communications! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will plan to stay at The Red Magnolia again!"

"Great kitchen and back porch. Had I known we would have eaten in more! We did blow a breaker with two many hairdryers but they came and fixed same day. Thanks for the great space! "

"Wonderful host, stay and area, will be back!"

"Nice apartment attached to home in quiet area but close to a grocery store, bar and restaurants. There are two other rentals so be sure you know which gate to go through. The apartment had everything we needed. The bed slopped to the middle. But everything else was perfect. There are even a washer and dryer to do a quick load if you have a need."

"Was curious about cleanliness before booking, everything turned out tidy here so no worries there at all! Happy with how everything functioned while I stayed over three nights."

"Nice experience overall, can't argue with free coffee every morning either! Just what you need before hitting the road again!"

"Great price for the size"

"Very convenient location near Twin Creeks Park where my daughter had a softball tournament. Appliances including washer and dryer worked (didn’t use stove) and beds were comfortable. Power was off briefly the day we were packing up to leave, but came back on. Not sure why since it was nice outside. I would recommend staying here if in town."

"We had a great time, will definitely visit again. Great host."

"Ok room"

"The experience was okay. We had issue with the door lock when we arrived had to wait for the host to show up and let us in. The closet handle was broken also the balcony furniture was broken. The towels had an odor so we had to wash them. The spring bed wasn’t comfortable."

"Great location, easy check in …"

"Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful."
