"We loved the Studio in Alpine! Clean and convenient we walked to dinner downtown and it was a great base for adventure at Big Bend and Ft Davis. We could have used more towels and washcloths. I would have liked a reading lamp by the comfy chair and larger furniture outside on the adorable patio. The table and chairs were diminutive. But overall a good stay!"

"Brought our teens to see the Perseid Meteor Shower after reading they had a Tipi in one of the darkest skies in Texas. It did not disappoint plus the host were very accommodating and have a gorgeous property that has trail, hammocks and geode hunting. Definitely recommend for a family trip or for a romanic getaway. "

"We loved the property. Outside was beautiful and my children enjoyed it. There was someone for my 8 and 10 year old to play and my 15 year old to enjoy being outside and reading. Inside was nice. I liked that both of the lots were connecting but still gave us our own space. The kids liked being able to have their own side. We also like the idea of the guest book and seeing how long it has been going. Wish we could hsbe stayed more than one night. We definitely would like to come back."

"Very cute little place, great stop on our way to camping in Big Bend. Small but well equipped. Do keep in mind that the shower opens directly into the bedroom (not bathroom), so the place is only suitable for folks who are very comfortable with one another, unless one wants to wait on the (great view) patio while the other showers."

"We visit Marfa regularly and always stay at EP. We decided to try something different this time and so glad we did! You couldn’t be more centrally located. Walking distance to our favorite places. The renovated historical building is beautiful with tasteful finishes and nice accommodations. Very nice and spacious bathroom (unlike the EP) and host very attentive. Will make this our new place to stay in Marfa."
