"Had a great two nights stay...we were given a room upstairs at the back which was nice and quiet..the en suite was a little tight but clean...the bedroom was compact but nicely laid out...the range of teas/coffee including hot chocolate and biscuits are a lovely touch... bathroom range of soap/shampoo/lotions are of good quality...had a great stay.. will be back... "It was fantastic! Honestly I cannot fault it, the only thing I’d suggest is a thin mattress topper so that you can’t feel the buttons on the mattress. Staff were lovely, everything in the room you could want. I appreciated the little bottle of semi skimmed milk in the fridge, and bottles of water!"

"Stayed two nights for a long weekend, perched on the edge of Highclere Castle for our visit. Quite close to the A34, but even though our room was on that side we had no traffic noise. Nice little room upstairs in the cottage next door. Breakfast was included and that was excellent. Also had two evening meals, sample photos attached. Chef is very talented. Would happily return."

"The apartment is exactly as described: comfortable, spacious, with almost everything I needed, apart from coffee making apparatus. Not even a cafetiere, just instant sachets. Fortunately I brought my own in-cup reusable filter. Depending on your client base you might want to reconsider. I'm English, and I was surprised. The trays in the dishwasher need replacing as the plastic is coming off. Those points are minor though. I had a great stay in a location that was ideal for my needs. The staff...
