"Really cool loft apartment. It was across the street from the edge of old town so easy to walk into town but no husstle/busstle/noise out front. There were some issues people were having getting their key out of the lock boxes and the stairs were quite a lot with luggage. The spa area was also really cool."

"We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with one queen bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed was ok. Kitchen was fully equipped with a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. Drying function took too long so some clothes were dried outside. Property picture shows a pool but we were told pool use was an extra 25 euros/day/person! "I had a wonderful stay at KOSY Appart’Hôtels – Art’ & Facts in Nancy. The place is beautiful, clean, and feels very secure. The services were impeccable, and the staff made everything smooth and easy. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from all the main tourist attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nancy!"

Totally misleading and disappointed with Expedia promoting this the way it is. Destroyed the final weeks of our trip that have all been great through Expedia until this experience "
