"My partner, sister, cousin and I were staying in Alsfeld for our great Uncle’s 80th birthday celebration. The apartment had plenty of space for us and was very clean and comfortable. Björn was a friendly and helpful host who went above and beyond to help us; he even gave us a ride to the birthday party. "Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

"Good breakfast with nice selection. Free spa is a welcome feature. Great walking area. Staff were friendly and helpful for English speakers. Hotel is older but was still a pleasant stay. "

"Die Einrichtung war gemütlich, die Wohnung sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt keine Küche, aber ein Wasserkocher und Trinkgeschirr. Das muss man wissen, wenn man länger dort bleibt. Wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt und die dort heimische Gastronomie genutzt, z.B. das Vulkan-Cafe und die Vulkan-Bäckerei (alles 😋)"
