"The room was comfortable and clean. When we arrived to check-in, it took 15 minutes to get a staff person to come to the front desk. We tried the paging system, called the phone number listed, and literally searched all floors and areas of the hotel, to no avail. When a staff member arrived finally at the front desk, he offered no excuse or apology for not being available. There were other guests in line behind us also waiting to chen in."

"Steve was very responsive and helped out right away when I was in desperate need of another pillow! Next time I might try for one of the cabins with a closed in porch, plenty of outdoor places to sit. Alton Bay is kind of a cool little place and minutes away with a good variety of restaurants and ice cream! Showers were clean, coffee bar was well supplied except for real sugar. We would recommend this place to others."

"Very nice, very cozy cabin. Was very clean with a great screen room. Really nice patio area with a nice Blackstone grill. Very private right on the lake. Great dock with a deck, and some beautiful sunsets from the dock! Had a great, very relaxing time.And some cool bars over in wolfboro"
