"This property is advertised for up to 21 people. However, the living space is woefully inadequate for a large group. You are crammed into a single space which includes the kitchen, dining area and a sofa. There were 18 of us and the room was barely big enough for us and 4 of our party were children. The dining table could not seat all of us and the kitchen area was cramped. The only sofa had enough seating for about approx 8 people and the exit to the garden is blocked by dustbins. "Lovely clean modern house, although it’s sleeps six it’s really only comfortable for four, the seating downstairs is not adequate for six but comfortable for four, the house is very reasonably priced and good location, could use a towel rail or ring in the downstairs cloakroom and would benefit from toilet roll holder, easy check in and check out."
