Only negatives: (1) the AC in my room needed a service. The fan was incredibly noisy on the high setting, so I turned it to low. "Staff was great and tried to accommodate us. Room smelled like smoke and the toilet did not work. she changed rooms for us. Then room did not have enough towels. Entrance was very hard to find. General condition of the hotel was poor but room was clean. "
