"Really picked cause of closeness to Berlin train station, Intercity really impressed me from the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. Checking in is a breeze and the lobby was a wonderful place to hang out and have drinks when the bar was open. Definitely add on the breakfast if you want a pretty good breakfast. The room was great as well, every detail of the room was used from the shelves by the bed for charging phones and other devices. "

"Housekeeping was spotty whereas things like replenishing the coffee tray with coffee, tea and sugar refills, and bath and hand towels were always short the quantity needed (2 people). The shower/bathtub was very difficult to climb in and take a shower. No hand bars and the height of the tub made it very hard to get in. Especially difficult for persons with any kind of mobility issues. We were in a suite for 11 nights. Otherwise, all good. "

"The room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed, and the staff were friendly. My only complaint is that I needed a to-go container to take breakfast with me as I started out early every day to maximize my time in Berlin but all they had were large paper bags so all I got for my paid breakfasts were croissants & coffee. I would only recommend paying for breakfast if you have the time. Other than that, it’s a nice hotel."

"Excellent hotel, within 10 minute walk of Berlin HBF, where you can get anywhere you want. Very walkable too throughout the main attractions. Highly recommend "

"Comfortable hotel in a great location to see many or the sights in the center of town. We rented bikes from the hotel and had a blast in this beautiful vibrant city. One oddity is that they didn't give us a bottle of water in the room. I thought that was outs of place For a hotel of this caliber. "
