"The grounds were very well maintained on a daily basis. Landscaping is wonderful, large trees to provide shade, house iguanas, and give a Belize jungle vibe. We met a lot of fun people while sharing the kitchen area. Our host cared for our needs, ranging from our golf cart rental to restaurant suggestions. She invited us to share a meal and visit. The room was cleaned regularly. Our shower was outside under a tree. Which was pretty cool."

"Everything from the arrival to the actual apartment and location was amazing, easy, and so enjoyable. Raul took great care of our group to ensure we were comfortable and knew how to get around and what spots to check out. He even helped us to arrange a home cooked meal one night of our stay. The property itself is clean and comfortable with access to a nice dock on the water and the beach, which is the easiest way to walk to restaurants and other hot spots nearby."

"I celebrated my birthday here with a handful of friends, and we had an amazing time! The location was excellent, so close to the Split ferry, but secluded enough to feel relaxed. The property was very comfortable and clearly new. The host and property manager were extremely helpful. You can't go wrong with this place!"

"Matachica is a great property. The staff is amazing. Very attentive and friendly. You truly have a luxury experience here why also maintaining the feeling you are on an island. The food is great and there isn’t a bad view on the property. Everything is a short walk to the beach which is amazing. Short drive to San Pedro if you want to experience what the locals have to offer. Will definitely be coming back."
