"Overall it was a good place to stay. We definitely didn’t get the queen beds we paid for, the beds were very small. The bathroom was more spacious than I expected. There was some clear wear and tear on the room but typical for a hotel I think. We did have a strange thing happen where a maintenance person knocked and then immediately entered our room asking about wet carpet but we never called about anything. We had to request an extra bath towel because they only put three in the room. It took twice asking to get one but we did. Elevators do take a while but apparently that is just a New York thing. The A/C would randomly change in the middle of the night letting it get a little warm during the night."
