"Ann was a very friendly and welcoming host. The house was very clean and there was lots of guidance around the utilities. It was especially nice to receive a handwritten letter outlining points of interest both locally and across the island."

"Lovely spot before the ferry, room spotless and comfy, bar was great, locals friendly and the braised beef I had was amazing. Only 1 hiccup, I preordered the breakfast for 8am so could leave for the ferry on time , At 8.30 I had to request to takeaway the breakfast and ate it in the car at the ferry port. Probably the worst breakfast I ever had The guy was under pressure I suppose as I didn’t want to miss my ferry. Nice sausage bacon anaemic mushroom like shoe leather. I’d definitely stay here again though but go to Micky D for a muffin. "

"Love this hotel. Location is perfect, can walk down into Bangor or stay in upper banger. Plenty of bars, fast food and restaurants. Staff were great and very helpful. Breakfast is soo good here. Apart from the toaster which takes forever."
