Rummet var exceptionellt bra, rent, rymligt och väggmålningen var gudomligt fin. Skön säng sov jättebra. Hade tillgång till kyl, AC, handdukar, täcke, extra kuddar, tv tillgång Netflix, Disney plus etc. Hela hotellet i sin helhet var underbart vackert. Väldigt centralt med gångavstånd till det mesta. "Property is in ZTL Zone. Ela was very friendy and helpful. We had the Delure room which is very roomy and with 4m ceiling. U can walk everywhere from there. Room was cleaned and mordern. The entrance was a bit unique, it resemble warehouse. Interesting little hotel."

"Great property in the middle of Siena. Room was beautiful, great shower, comfortable bed and we were on the top floor so a beautiful view. Great staff, Sara and Adele were very welcoming and super helpful. No elevators and a steep stairwell (fine for us but just be prepared to climb stairs). Would definitely stay again. "

"Wonderful stay in a wonderful place. The views from the terrace (where breakfast is served weather permitting) and the executive rooms on to the cathedral are spectacular. All the staff is super friendly and keen to help. The hotel or relais is beautifully decorated and everything is spotlessly clean. That is also true for the rooms which all have antique furniture. "Super well redeveloped historical building into a gorgeous boutique hotel. Staff were extremely helpful, always smiling and always offering help. Claudio even curated a travel map for us. Everything from clean rooms to comfy beds to high end bath robes to excellent breakfast were exceptional. Have already made arrangements to return next year. A real jewel of Siena."
