"Excellent place to stay in Amritsar. Great hotel and excellent staff. Very friendly and customer service is at par. I travelled with my 8month old and the entire staff was very accommodating. Gave us early checkin without any issue. I also did a massage session at the shanti spa, it was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visitjng Amritsar. 👍 Well done guys and thank u"

"Only problem was that the pool gas restricted hours. This was not advertised on website. But, when I checked in and was told about this, I told the very polite receptionist that I wasn’t happy about the pool being closed. He did call me a while later to say that he could arrange for the pool to be opened. I told him that it was not necessary as I was going out."

"The hotel was clean and rooms were spacious. The staff were most helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was splendid. My only dissatisfaction was that water temperature for shower was lukewarm. It was barely warm and you got out of shower, you were still a little chilled"
