The front desk staff, especially the lady who helped us, was outstanding. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our stay special. Every interaction felt warm and personal, which is rare and so appreciated. If you’re deciding where to stay in Amsterdam, don’t hesitate—this hotel is worth it. "Room and staff excelllent"

"The hotel is beautiful and in a perfect central location. The restaurants were great and the service gracious. The room was comfortable. What made it spectacular was that I fell and injured myself on the ice (record cold during my stay), a member of the bell staff found out, and the night manager called me, and everyone on the staff was very helpful. They even sent a messenger out to purchase Ibuprofen for me, and delivered ice packs to my room. Thy made the stay very personal. It was not my best trip to Amsterdam, but one of the most caring hotel experiences I've ever had. "
